So, how did you do? Did you achieve the goals that you would like? Are you feeling like you are spinning your wheels? Was your end of year financial tally an exercise in disappointment because you expected much bigger results than you actually achieved?
If you are trying hard but still squeaking by with the status quo, then maybe you should consider aiming higher. Ask yourself “what am I shooting for?”
Many times business owners will tell me that they want “more”, but the real question is “how much?” Without a target it is real difficult to hit the bulls eye. Often I find that business owners at the root of things are really only aiming for SURVIVAL…and then that is was they get.
It’s easy to fall into the rut of making the cash flow work for this week, filling the schedule just enough to keep everyone happy, just making it through the winter weather, and just doing at least as well as last year.
This year aim high. How about 20% growth, 50% growth, or even double your growth. What does your business need to look like in order to double what you are doing now? How many employees? How will you spend your days?
Think big and you are likely to achieve it. Sign up now for the FREE tele-seminar Friday, February 18th – “Double Your Business Formula” – Register Now.
